Field Reporting

IMPACT Field Reporting is the optional tool set of IMPACT Mobile that allows the officer or first-responder to electronically fill out the various forms and reports, including narratives. With IMPACT Field Reporting it is possible to initiate and complete the various forms within the IMPACT Records Management product, access previously entered reports for updating purposes or check information in the Master Name, Master Vehicle and/or Blotter functions. Information Sharing functions are also available in the field if implemented.

Not only can reports be recorded but with Field Reporting it is possible for supervisors to check completed paperwork in the field, update squad rosters and tour roll call schedules, as well as, access other management functions.
