Alarm Billing
This optional module is design for those agencies required to process fees when responding to false alarm or alarms that have malfunctioned of mistakenly tripped by the homeowner or local business. In many cases responding to these events expends resources that should be available for other, more urgent, activity. To hold the homeowner or local business accountable many municipalities charge a fee for each time the department responds to an alarm call unnecessarily. This module provide the means to generate bills and process payments. IMPACT Alarm Billing can handle a number of billing fee schedules and is interfaced to the IMPACT RMS for accurate tracking and processing of Alarm Permits.
